About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Service Leader to join our team, responsible for the leadership and management of our residential service sites in your region.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary degree and at least 1 year of experience leading a team or working in a Senior Support Worker role, with demonstrated experience mentoring and coaching support workers. You will also have knowledge of the NDIS and experience working within adult mental health and with people experiencing mental illness.

Your responsibilities will include providing leadership and direction, operational management, and working closely with the Service Manager to ensure high standards of client care are maintained.

In addition, you will be required to facilitate and monitor the integration and coordination of client care, ensuring that collected information is used to analyse service delivery outcomes and enhance the effectiveness of support for persons with a mental illness.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary degree preferred, but Diploma qualifications and/or Certificates in a relevant discipline will also be considered
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience leading a team or working in a Senior Support Worker role
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and experience working within adult mental health and with people experiencing mental illness
