Real Estate Valuer Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a trainee valuer.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for real estate and property markets to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a trainee valuer, you will work closely with our experienced valuers to gain hands-on experience and knowledge of commercial property markets.

You will assist in the preparation of valuation reports, conduct site visits, and participate in training sessions to develop your understanding of property valuations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong interest in real estate and property markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of valuation reports
  • Conduct site visits to gather data and information

Requirements:

  • Degree in Property or related field (or currently studying)
  • Basic knowledge of property valuations and market trends
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
