The Role

Coordinate and supervise a designated area or functions within the store, driving sales growth, creating a positive customer experience, and achieving profitable sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Meet quality sales targets according to established budgets.
  • Collaborate as part of a team to answer customer queries.
  • Maintain high-quality visual merchandise displays.
  • Process web orders efficiently, including picking, packing, and organizing delivery in a timely manner.
  • E nsure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, emphasizing Consumer Law and Safety.
