We are seeking a customer-focused sales assistant to join our team at Melrose Park store.

About the Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service to retail and trade customers
  • Promote and grow Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Support colleagues to meet business goals
  • Contribute to overall store presentation through merchandising and housekeeping

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills with ability to genuinely connect with customers
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job
