About Our Centre

Milestones North Ipswich is a well-resourced and sustainable early learning centre, with a positive culture and community-driven families. We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood professional to facilitate the Lifelong Learning Curriculum and School readiness program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators in the Kindy room and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to local primary schools, and positive experiences within our community.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for children, allowing for unique and individual interests and strengths.
  • Support the centre to meet/exceed National Quality Standards.

About You

  • A degree in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant teaching registration (if applicable).
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
  • A current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.
  • A strong commitment to fostering growth and development of young minds.
