About the Role
The Clinical Performance Consultant is a key support role within the Specsavers Clinical Services team. Reporting into the Head of Clinical Performance, you will deliver support for 80 stores across Queensland and Northern Territory, helping them to improve clinical performance and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistency in the delivery of optometry and optical procedures
- Provide first-class levels of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate optometry training, coaching, and development programs
- Implement and develop annual plan initiatives
Requirements
- Experience as an Optometrist in a volume-based environment
- Current Optometry Board of Australia Certificate of Registration
- Commitment to customer service and exceptional customer service skills
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
