  • Collaborate with Clinic Manager and Clinic Technician to oversee clinic operations, volunteer management, and data privacy compliance.">
  • Support Marketing & Fundraising Leads in developing and implementing campaigns, partnerships, and grant applications.">
  • Oversight of administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, ACNC reporting, policies, and board-ready reporting.">
  • Facilitate monthly all-team meetings to ensure alignment and engagement among team members.">
  • Identify and mitigate risks, strengthen systems, and ensure smooth operations across people, clinics, and processes.">

What You'll Need

  • ">
  • A qualified Optometrist or Optical Dispenser with experience in clinical operations, equipment, or dispensing.">
  • Proven leadership experience in a not-for-profit, healthcare, or volunteer-based organisation.">
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and motivate volunteers and partners.">
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and flexibly.">
