Inventory Coordinator

About the Role
Workforce Australia for Individuals is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to support our team with inventory, stock, and contract management tasks. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support contract management activities, including liaising with key suppliers around costs and procurement.
- Inventory management, ordering, and maintaining stock levels as required.
- Maintain a secure and well-organized stores environment, ensuring equipment is properly stored and well-maintained.
- Meet with contractors on site, ensuring they have a visitor pass and have signed in.
- Perform basic administration tasks, including filing, scanning, managing emails, and phone calls, as well as ad-hoc tasks to support the wider team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in contract administration tasks and inventory management.
- Previous experience working in a laboratory environment would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence in assisting onsite trade contractors.
- Strong IT skills with confidence using MS Office.
- Flexible attitude with the ability to work early morning starts when needed.
- An understanding of OH&S policies would be beneficial.
