Job Description:

As a leader in training, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and operations to meet targets and metrics. You will be responsible for providing a superior people experience through a supportive environment and working closely with store leadership to deliver on performance objectives.

  • Ensure operational tasks and expectations are executed to standards.
  • Support team member performance and ensure stores are open for customers.
  • Manage wages in collaboration with store leadership to achieve profitability and excellent customer experiences.
  • Demonstrate effective leadership by providing feedback and training to team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in a customer service-based management role is essential. Strong communication and team management skills are also necessary. A proven ability to drive sales and operate efficiently will also be considered.
