Job Description">

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the technical administration and relationship management to ensure the correct processing of our customers' superannuation and investment requests.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing superannuation and investment requests for our members, including Payments Out, Account Closures, Family Law and Deceased Estate processing.
  • Building relationships with internal and external clients to support them and their enquiries.
  • Liaising with advisers to ensure all transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.
  • Proactively identifying issues, problems and opportunities and contributing to potential solutions regarding process efficiencies.
