Job Title: Industrial Technician Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering expert service and support to valued customers, ensuring hydraulic systems operate at peak performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to external service requests; perform fault-finding, repairs and preventative maintenance on hydraulic systems.
  • Install, commission and test large hydraulic projects, ensuring high-quality standards and system performance.
  • Prepare quotations and manage documentation (service reports, quality records, customer deliverables).
  • Conduct proactive system analysis and recommend maintenance or modernisation solutions to customers.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through professional service delivery and regular client engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
  • Trade qualification as a Hydraulic Fitter (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in field service and/or hydraulic system maintenance
  • Strong hydraulic system knowledge and diagnostic ability
  • High attention to quality, safety and detail
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
