About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at McNab. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading our construction projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Collaborate with our design and estimating teams to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and programme management
  • Embed safety in design and delivery, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Manage commercial relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage complex commercial relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Primavera, and Asana
