Beverage Attendant Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Beverage Attendant to join our team at our Mount Pritchard venue. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patrons across a diverse range of areas, including the bar and gaming sections.

This is a part-time opportunity that requires a high level of flexibility and availability, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. You will work closely with our team to deliver a world-class experience for our customers and contribute to the success of our business.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also require full availability and the ability to work a flexible roster.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, dedicated, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment. If you have previous experience in bar and gaming operations, that would be an advantage, but not essential. We provide comprehensive training to ensure our staff have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patrons in the bar and gaming areas

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in bar and gaming operations (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full availability and ability to work a flexible roster
  • Certifications: Current NSW RSA, RCG, and Advanced RCG
