Key Responsibilities
  • Technical delivery of projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality results
  • Collaboration with development teams and stakeholders to ensure buy-in and adoption of proposed solutions
  • Ensuring adherence to best development practices and providing accurate estimates for tickets
  • Mentoring and guiding peer developers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Building strong partnerships with Agile Project Managers to drive technical delivery and client satisfaction
  • Continuous evaluation and validation of technical assumptions to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Providing feedback to the Development Manager on areas for training and professional development for developers
