About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Lollo, an innovative and electric restaurant located in the heart of Melbourne. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages to guests, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for guests.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, incorporating new ideas and techniques into our menu and service offerings.
