Job Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a veterinary nurse at Greencross Vets Aitkenvale. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • General nursing tasks, including pre and post-operative care, animal pathology, and emergency and critical care.
  • Minor procedures when required.
  • Care for, handle, and clean all animals.
  • Maintain the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipment.
  • Reception duties, including being the first point of contact for clients and handling client enquiries in person and over the phone.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential).
