About the Role

Ventia is seeking a skilled Trade Repair Officer to join our team in a full-time permanent position. As a Trade Repair Officer, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance of assets and tasks performed on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of maintenance work, ensuring performance, service, and quality assurance
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks to achieve action plans and objectives within timeframes
  • Create and manage job packets to obtain quotes for work to be completed with external subcontractors
  • Verify subcontractor invoices for billing
  • Identify missing or required parts, place orders, and maintain stock levels in the stores

Requirements

  • Trade Certificate from a Mechanical or Workshop background (Mechanic, Electronics, Fitter)
  • WA Driver's Licence – HR is preferred
  • Forklift Licence – Highly regarded
  • Previous experience in a stores or maintenance environment
  • Excellent communication skills within a team environment
