Residential Building Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Residential Building Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the residential building industry and is looking to advance their career.

  • The successful candidate will have experience in coordinating with clients, issuing contracts, and managing approvals related to residential buildings.
  • They will also be responsible for general administrative tasks such as documenting settlements and finance approvals.

In this role, you will be working closely with our team to deliver high-quality services to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from pre-construction to post-completion, and will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standard.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of relevant experience in the residential building industry. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Shires, Maintenance, Contracts, Client liaison, and/or Prestart processes. They will also be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time role with flexible working hours and offers career growth opportunities. We offer a competitive salary up to $80,000 + superannuation and free onsite parking.
