Job Title: Community Support Worker

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by planning and delivering activities that cater to their interests and passions.

  • Create engaging experiences for residents through arts and crafts, gardening, outings, and other recreational activities.
  • Establish meaningful relationships with residents and foster a sense of belonging through social interactions and conversations.
  • Provide emotional support and assistance with daily living tasks, such as meal times and outings.
  • Gather feedback from residents and families to ensure activities meet their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the care team to plan and document progress.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a creative spark, and a genuine interest in caring for others.

A First Aid Certificate and Australian driver's licence (desirable) are necessary for this role. We strive to create a safe and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
