Job Title

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Civil Engineer to join our team of professionals in Brisbane & Gold Coast. As a key member of our infrastructure project delivery team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse range of projects across Defence, Transport, Water Resources, Urban Development, Health, Mining and Resource industries.

About the Role

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for supporting the team in delivering projects related to roadworks, stormwater drainage & flooding, earthworks, pavements, water and sewerage infrastructure. Your focus will be on the core civil engineering discipline, working closely with engineers, designers, and drafters who share your passion for digital delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding of urban development principles, particularly related to site planning and servicing
  • Ability to work across multiple, interrelated disciplines such as infrastructure layout, earthworks design, pavements, and stormwater drainage
  • Familiarity with site grading and level design
  • Basic knowledge of sewer and water reticulation
  • Exposure to or willingness to learn civil design software (e.g. Civil 3D, 12d, AutoCAD)
  • Understanding of construction documentation and civil deliverables (plans, specifications, schedules)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply engineering judgement to real-world design constraints
  • Comfortable collaborating with other disciplines (structural, architectural, geotechnical)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and design reporting
