About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to children and their families. As a Paediatric Grade 2 Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for working with kindergarten educators and families to build their capacity to support young children's learning and development.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with kindergarten educators and families to develop and implement individualised plans to support children's learning and development
- Provide occupational therapy services to children in kindergartens and communities
- Develop and maintain relationships with kindergarten educators, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and services to support the health and wellbeing of children and families
- Appropriate graduate qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Experience working with children and families in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
