About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Therapy Team Lead to join our team at Framework Search & Select. As a key member of our paediatric therapy team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of speech therapists, providing clinical leadership and guidance, and contributing to the development of our therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the speech therapy team, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Team Development: Develop and implement training programs for the speech therapy team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care.
  • Clinical Expertise: Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to the team, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in paediatric speech therapy.
  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the speech therapy team, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective communication with other teams.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualification in Speech Pathology/Speech Therapy and registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience: Significant experience working in paediatric speech therapy, including areas such as paediatric feeding and swallowing dysfunction.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
