Job Description

This role will be part of a mission-critical environment supporting facilities construction, operations and maintenance. The successful candidate will work on ensuring continuous availability of facility infrastructure is essential and of the highest priority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Display strong technical, programmatic and personal leadership skills to execute project objectives
  • Knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
  • Responsible for the execution of the SOW within the cost and on schedule to include but not limited to: Ensuring community of support during Contractor personnel change; Interfacing Contractor Officer (CO), COTR, and Chief of Facilities; Delivery of all contract requirements;
Requirements
  • Professional certification such as PMP, CFM, PE, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certification in Program Management
  • A minimum of 7 years of prior relevant PM and Intelligence Community (IC) experience managing a large multi-disciplinary workforce including tradesmen, engineers, warehousing personnel, and other base operating support staff
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience working with business strategy
  • 5 years of experience developing project execution plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Experience planning and implementing large-scale facility and logistics projects
