  • Manage store operations, including stock management and loss prevention\
  • Coach and provide regular feedback to team members on product knowledge and customer service skills\
  • Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to balance customer needs with team requirements\
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners\
  • Role model company values and behaviors to create a positive team culture\
  • Understand and communicate the brand strategy to the team, ensuring alignment and engagement\\
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • Proven leadership experience in retail or a related field\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to manage budgets and interpret financial reports\
  • Experience in managing performance, productivity, training, and development of a team\
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships\\
