Assistant Store Manager Role

The Assistant Store Manager is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a retail store.

This role involves overseeing daily store activities, managing staff performance, and driving sales growth through effective visual merchandising and stock control.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the store efficiently to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI's, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
  • Lead and motivate a team to succeed, leveraging their skills and experience to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, enhance store ambiance, and increase overall store productivity.
  • Manage inventory effectively, maintaining accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain a 'Make it Happen' attitude, focusing on delivering exceptional results and fostering a positive work environment.
