As a skilled Bartender, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Our restaurant is dedicated to serving high-quality food, refreshing cocktails, and great coffee in a welcoming atmosphere.
- Mix classic cocktails with flair and precision to elevate the customer experience.
- Provide outstanding service by engaging with guests, listening to their needs, and ensuring a warm and welcoming bar experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, stock rotation, and presentation to the highest standards, reflecting positively on our brand.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience (cocktail experience highly valued)
- RSA Certificate (required)
- Strong communication skills and a professional manner
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Team player with a great work ethic and enthusiasm for delivering excellent service.
