We connect education managers with a selection of relief teachers, enabling instant bookings and new staff recruitment.

Our platform facilitates connections between teachers and institutions offering Certificate and Diploma courses, English language, and digital skills training. We provide short-term instant hires and attract new employees for Education Providers seeking specialist educators.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Create and manage your Profile on our platform, including managing your availability.
  2. Prepare lessons to a professional standard using provided materials and your own creative touches.
  3. Arrive promptly, maintain a professional appearance, depart promptly, and complete necessary paperwork.
  4. Ensure students have a positive social and linguistic experience in your classroom.

Success Factors

In the first month, you will receive onboarding from our team and become class-ready. You will then accept bookings and start teaching dynamic classes. In the second month, you will own your classes, develop your personal teaching methodology, and receive guidance from our team. As you progress, you will be constantly requested by managers and establish relationships with teachers, students, and centre managers.

Hours: 10-30 hours per week

Salary: $51.75 - $60.75 per hour
