Our Community Impact Role

We're seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Lead. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design and coordinate events within the community to increase our profile.

About the Community Engagement Lead Role

  • You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure effective communication of campaigns and partnerships.
  • Generate creative ideas and work collaboratively within a growing organisation.
  • Identify issues and implement positive change within the local community.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant community events, activities, and trends.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have experience in developing and delivering community engagement activities within a Commercial or Not For Profit organisation. You'll demonstrate:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
  • Experience in developing and delivering community engagement.
  • A drive for continuous improvement.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to try new ideas.
  • Experience in project management and relationship management.
  • Qualifications in Community development, Marketing, Project Management, or a related discipline (desirable).
