Senior Aged Care Cleaning Specialist

Catholic Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Aged Care Cleaning Specialist to join our team on a casual basis. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout our facilities.

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in aged care cleaning. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be familiar with relevant legislation, including HSW guidelines and HACCP requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facilities
- Ensure all areas are cleaned and presented to a high standard
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulations
- Work collaboratively with the cleaning team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care cleaning
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of HSW guidelines and HACCP requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
