About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join a well-established consultancy specializing in land development and urban infrastructure projects. As a leader in your field, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project delivery, including coordination of stakeholders and client relationships.
  • Develop business with existing partners and prospective clients.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and technical excellence within the office.
Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified Civil Engineer with CPEng/RPEQ certification.
  • At least 10 years of local consultancy experience in land development and urban infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of local authorities standards and codes.
  • Technical civil engineering design software capabilities.
