Business Development Manager

About the Role:
This is a key position in our team at Easy Authoring, where you will be responsible for engaging with clients to ensure they receive effective service at all stages of the process. This includes tenancy management, liaison with clients when tenancies break down, and responding to complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Match clients with suitable services to ensure sustainable tenancies.
- Assess complex client needs to support sustainable tenancies, match housing, and wrap-around services.
- Liaise directly with clients and monitor and mitigate all housing debt to assist sustainable tenancies.
- Maintain management and client visits to ensure property standards are being upheld.
- Respond to written and verbal complaints, and when necessary, connect with other business units to agree on communication strategies.
- Prepare tenancy-related documentation as required.
- Manage files and track documentation as required.
Essential Criteria:
- Deliver high-quality customer service and support to a diverse range of clients.
- Demonstrate high-level communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop effective relationships with clients and support services.
- Proven organisational skills, including attention to detail, meeting tight deadlines, and achieving results.
- Demonstrate the ability to develop an understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, and apply them effectively in the workplace.
- Demonstrate the ability to undertake research and analysis into operational matters and provide sound advice.
