THE ROLE:
As a Professional Licensed Conveyancer, your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Drafting and evaluating sale contracts, including all post-exchange documentation.
- Overseeing conveyancing processes from initiation to completion, managing the entire lifecycle of each case.
- Conducting PEXA settlements and managing all associated administrative duties.
- Facilitating property registration through PEXA.
- Compiling settlement statements and financial figures to guarantee precise financial management.
- Communicating with clients throughout property transactions to keep them updated.
- Coordinating with mortgage lenders and other stakeholders involved in the process.
- Ensuring the prompt transfer of ownership and contract exchanges.
- Performing additional tasks as necessary to assist the conveyancing workflow.

ABOUT YOU:
To qualify for this position, you should possess the following:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Licensed Conveyancer
- Proficiency in using PEXA
- A strong desire to contribute to a cohesive, high-achieving team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage client expectations.
- Capability to take ownership of your cases and manage them autonomously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset towards problem-solving and the ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism.
