Financial Management Expert

This role is focused on providing strategic financial leadership and ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance, and fiscal management.

  • Responsible for managing financial activities, complying with legislative policy, organisational objectives, budget, and designated timeframes.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs.
  • Collaborate with FP&A team and Senior Managers to identify, develop, and implement financial improvement opportunities that meet organisational commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports.
  • Oversee the annual budget process, providing support and direction as required.
  • Ensure all internal, external, and Country Club reporting requirements are met.
  • Develop, update, and ensure compliance with finance-related policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • CA or CPA qualification with a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Experience with preparation of Statutory Accounts essential. Relevant Government agency experience highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Detail-focused and organised with the proven capacity to take on and deliver on multiple and varied projects and competing deadlines.
