The key responsibility of this role is to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of properties. This involves overseeing various tasks including minor building and construction work, maintaining grounds, and assisting with garden development.
Main responsibilities include:
- Maintaining buildings and infrastructure in good condition through regular inspections and repairs
- Undertaking projects such as painting, carpentry, and electrical work
- Ensuring grounds are well-manicured and maintained
- Assisting with the upkeep of gardens and other external areas
To be successful in this position you will require:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and management
- A basic understanding of health and safety procedures to identify potential risks and implement preventative measures
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently
Prior experience or training in the following areas would be beneficial:
- Working at heights
- Test and tag license
- Chemical usage certification
