Anderson Neurological and Developmental Services is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their team in Western Australia. As an Occupational Therapist at Anderson, you will play a vital role in providing holistic services to a diverse range of clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan and provide individualized services to clients with neurological and developmental conditions
* Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and key stakeholders to achieve meaningful goals
* Develop and implement innovative service delivery models to enhance client outcomes
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care

**Requirements:**

* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner's Regulatory Agency's (AHPRA) Occupational Therapy Board
* Minimum 2 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
* Strong passion for maximizing client independence and self-expression
* Excellent communication, advocacy, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
