We are looking for a motivated sales professional who can deliver exceptional customer service experiences and achieve beyond sales targets and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional 1-on-1 selling skills
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to work productively, individually and as part of a team
- Flexibility with working across a seven-day store roster
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating professional and personalized service for customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s)
- Achieving set sales targets and KPIs
- Completing in-house training to keep up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills and policies & procedures
- Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping
