Job DescriptionAs a Surgical Intensive Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes and make a positive impact on patient lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing individualized patient care and education
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Registered Nurse in a similar setting
- Current AHPRA registration and Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- High-quality communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to patient safety and quality improvements
