Senior Commercial Litigator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced commercial litigator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of post-admission experience in commercial litigation, with solid legal research, drafting, and file management skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing complex, high-value matters, working closely with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders to deliver strategic and effective solutions.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract and commercial disputes
  • Shareholder, partnership, and director disputes
  • Debt recovery and enforcement
  • Property, leasing, and strata disputes
  • Restraint of trade and employment matters
  • Regulatory and administrative law issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years PAE in commercial litigation
  • Solid legal research, drafting, and file management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in client interaction and managing competing deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset and a commercial approach to solving problems
