As a Dedicated Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents with dementia, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.

You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care, supporting residents with activities of daily living, social and emotional needs, and lifestyle activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and oral care, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Support residents with meal delivery and assistance, ensuring they have access to nutritious food and drink.
  • Keep incident reports, care documentation, and participate in Work Health Safety programs to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Work collaboratively as a team to provide service excellence and make a significant difference in our community.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cert III or higher in Individual Support or related studies such as nursing.
  • Experience in a personal care role in Aged Care (desirable).
  • Commitment to a holistic care approach and supporting residents to achieve their goals and support their needs.

Estimated Salary Range

$58,560 - $66,240 per annum, based on a 38-hour week and an estimated 40 weeks worked per year.
