We are seeking a strong clinical and operational leader to drive high-quality care for people with disability.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, guide practice improvements, and drive person-centred outcomes. They will also lead multidisciplinary teams and support participants with complex mental health and psychosocial needs across multiple sites.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to blend clinical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive exceptional care for people with disability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily operations and management of multiple sites
  • Guidance on improving practice and quality of care
  • Leadership of multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes
  • Supporting participants with complex mental health and psychosocial needs
Requirements:
  • Strong background in mental health, psychosocial disability, or trauma-informed services
  • Proven leadership experience in hospital wards, mental health units, disability, or community-based settings
  • Ability to manage, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams
  • Expertise in complex behaviour support, psychosocial interventions, and risk management
  • Nursing, Mental Health, Psychology, or Social Work qualification highly regarded but not essential
