Junior Planning Role

In this exciting junior role, you will assist in developing and executing merchandise plans to drive sales, margin, and inventory objectives.

  • Collaborate with our Merchandise Planning team to create and implement strategic plans
  • Support the analysis of sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Forecast demand and replenishment needs using historical data, seasonality, and promotional activity insights
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and markdowns to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on merchandise strategies and goals

Requirements:

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Merchandising, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail, merchandise planning, inventory management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
