Job Overview

We are seeking Customer Service Team Members to join our team. As the face of Bunnings, you will provide a friendly and helpful service to every customer who walks through our doors. You will be responsible for stock management, ensuring a clean and tidy work environment, serving customers at checkout registers, and working as part of a supportive and inclusive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Experience: Engage with customers, offer advice on products and services, and ensure every interaction counts.
  • Stock Management and Store Maintenance: Effectively manage stock levels, maintain a clean and organized store, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
  • Checkout Operations: Efficiently process customer transactions, handle cash and card payments, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals, share knowledge and expertise, and support each other in achieving individual and team objectives.
Requirements:
  • Passion for Customer Service: Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effectively interact with customers, communicate product information, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ability to Work Flexibly: Be available to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Forklift License: Possess a current forklift license, or be willing to obtain one.
