As a Registered Nurse with Opal HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering person-centered care to our residents. About the Role

The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a Grade 2 registration, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care. You will be required to work permanent full-time and part-time vacancies, with a base salary up to $96,000 per annum, plus penalties and 11.5% superannuation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for residents
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the needs of residents
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on a range of health and wellness topics
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of resident care and progress

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a Registered Nurse with a Grade 2 registration, and be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance, and NDIS worker's clearance. You must also be willing to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, and be committed to delivering high-quality care to our residents.
