About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Mackay Clinic, QLD on a Full-Time basis, working 38 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage clinic operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Process medical bookings and results, maintaining accurate records
  • Administer health questionnaires and conduct preliminary medical assessments
  • Collect and process specimens, including supervision of Drug and Alcohol Testing
  • Perform audiometry and spirometry testing
  • Manage invoicing and maintain accurate financial records
