Bricklayer Apprentice

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team in Melbourne's Inner South Eastern Suburbs as a bricklaying apprentice. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to work on various projects, including constructing and repairing stunning veneer and full brick structures, partitions, arches, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- To read and interpret plans and specifications to bring architectural visions to life
- To spread layers of mortar to serve as a solid base and binder for bricks in various rows, designs, and shapes
- To repair and maintain clay bricks, cement blocks, and related structures, breathing new life into historical and modern buildings alike
- To operate brick-cutting machines with finesse, adding precision to your bricklaying artistry
- To set up scaffolding safely, ensuring efficient and secure working conditions
- A keen eye for precision to create flawless brickwork
- The ability to read and comprehend architectural plans with confidence
- Seamlessly juggle tasks to meet project demands effectively
- An innate sense of design to craft aesthetically pleasing structures
