Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

The role of Assistant Director is a dynamic position that offers a chance to grow and develop as a leader in the early childhood education sector. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure the highest standards of care and education are met.

A key aspect of this role is working across all rooms, supporting the Campus Director with administrative tasks, and providing non-contact time for focused work. This role also offers opportunities for professional growth and development, including leadership training and support for career advancement.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of early childhood education frameworks and regulations. A Bachelor-level qualification or equivalent is also required, along with relevant certifications.

As an Assistant Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational program and ensuring it meets the needs of our children. You will work collaboratively with the team to drive excellence and improve outcomes, and your contributions will be valued and recognized through our annual awards night and wellbeing support programs.
