Job Overview

This Business Systems Specialist role will be pivotal in delivering reform changes, strategic projects, and operational control improvements within our Post Trade Regulatory Reporting Operations Change team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform root cause investigations, impact analysis, and requirements gathering for multiple initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technologists to design and implement compliant solutions.
  • Balance competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project delivery environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial services as a Business Analyst covering derivative products and their trade lifecycle events.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in delivery coordination.
  • Proficiency in engaging, collaborating, and communicating with both business and technical peers across offices and time zones.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience working within an agile scrum team environment and meeting hard deadlines.
