Pipecrew Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Pipecrew Foreman to lead a small crew on Storm, Sewer, and Mains projects in the Moreton Bay Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of work across Infrastructure, Subdivisions, Community Projects, and Roadworks.

• Oversee a small crew on various projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
• Collaborate with the site team to develop and implement project plans, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Monitor and control project costs, resources, and timelines, making adjustments as needed to meet project objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and outcomes.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Drainage Foreman or similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of civil pipe principles, with a focus on residential subdivision works, including deep sewer, stormwater, and water installation.
• Ability to deal with adverse ground conditions and develop effective solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of current SEQ standards and industry regulations.
• Strong commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Safe Work Practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
