Facilities Director Role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Facilities to spearhead our facility management operations, drive strategic growth and oversee property projects.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities strategy across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.">
  • Maintain properties throughout their lifecycle, utilizing expertise in asset management to ensure optimal utilization and minimize costs.">
  • Act as the primary liaison for our external facilities management services provider, evaluating performance and driving improvement initiatives.">
  • Manage the facilities budget, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and implementing measures to reduce expenses.">
  • Lead major long-term maintenance and installation replacement projects nationally, leveraging internal and external resources to deliver high-quality results.">
  • Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce costs, incorporating innovative solutions such as solar and EV installations.">

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in facility management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.">
  • Strong financial acumen, with a proven ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.">
