This position offers a unique opportunity to work with children aged 0 to 12 years in a stimulating learning environment.

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and passionate early childhood educators to join our team. As a Child Care Aide, you will be responsible for supporting our dedicated educational leaders in coordinating activities and programs that create a nurturing environment for developing children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the coordination of activities and programs to create a stimulating learning environment
  • Implementing programming tailored to children aged 0 to 12 years
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and the broader community
  • Maintaining records and documents related to children's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience and passion for working with children, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
  • Working with Children Check (WWC)
  • Current First Aid Certificate with Asthma and Anaphylaxis and CPR (HLTAID004 / HLTA012)
  • Ability to follow safeguarding priorities
  • Team player, contributing and upholding organisational values
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks to get things done efficiently

Salary

The commencing hourly rate is $34.22 - $39.61 plus 11.5% superannuation.
